Parts Navigator was originally created as a hobby business in order to help people find and purchase car parts that were otherwise extremely difficult to find using regular channels including the internet. Though due to high demand, this hobby business turned into a small business that operated only locally.

Due to work demands, The company had to relocate to New Zealand and then finally to Australia. It was at this point that Parts Navigator had to evolve from a local retailer into an international re-seller, selling to all parts of the world including Australia, USA, Britain, Brazil, New Zealand, Argentina, France, Russian Federation, Singapore, Greece, Italy, Germany, Spain, Israel, UAE, Canada and many more.

While in Sydney, The Company noticed Australia's ever increasing demand for automobile spare parts for cars with very few resources available to the Australian public and had also seen a void in the international parts distribution market and as such, Parts Navigator is now evolving and growing again.

Parts Navigator is now able to provide to all of you, the valued clients, access to one of the word's largest car spare parts databases with spare parts available in all quality levels, from the original spare part from the Car Manufacturer, to the top of the range OEM spec aftermarket spare part, to the lower quality but affordable spare part. If it is automobile spare parts, you will now find it all at Parts Navigator.

We use a variety of transport companies to get your orders delivered to you safe, on time and in the most economical way. Normally we use Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fast Way and TNT transport companies for Australia domestic customers’ addresses. For international customers (non-Australian addresses) orders will be shipped via Australia Post, DHL or TNT, if the item will be shipped from Australian stock and DHL, DPD or EMS if orders will be shipped from Europe, North America or Japan.

For Australian Customers

To all Australian addresses orders will be delivered with Australia domestic postage charges, even if your order coming from Europe, North America or Japan. If the item is in stock in Australia the item will be shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 3 pm AEDT. Normally, it will take 1-3 business days to get your order delivered. However, some extra days may be added for some remote areas. Most items, shipped from Europe, North America or Japan to Australia, will be delivered within 7-14 business days.

For International Customers

For all international customers postage charges will depend on the country where the order has to be delivered and the location from where the item will be shipped. For all European customers if the item is in stock in one of the European warehouses, normally it will take 1-5 business days to get your order delivered, subject of availability and stock location. If the item shipped from Australia to international customers it will take 7-14 business days to get your order delivered. However, some extra days may be added for some remote areas.

Please note that for some bulky and oversized items (doesn’t fit into a standard box and/or has excess weight) the extra delivery charges may apply. Such extra delivery charges may apply to the list, but not limited to this list, of the following items:

end silencer, middle silencer, exhaust pipe, child seat, catalytic converter, spade, exhaust system, catalytic converter, silencer, sport set, retrofit kit, pre-catalyst, frame, radiator grille, spoiler, flaring, wing, support frame, engine carrier, steel strap, fuel tank, radiator mounting, engine cover, body floor, front cowling, bonnet, fender, dash board, seat, interior head lining, door, body shell, bumper, bracket, towing device, leaf spring, table sheet, prop shaft, axle drive, profile sheet.

Also, due to some warehouses sometimes do not always provided the correct information about the sizes of the items and their weights and in case of substantial discrepancies between website charged delivery costs and actual delivery cost, we will immediately contact you with the information about the extra delivery charges or refund of excessively charged delivery costs.
